The wine that grows without an instruction manual

This isn't just another winery tour. It's a day through the Mendoza that decided not to intervene the land — the same soil, worked differently.

We pick you up at your hotel at 8:30 AM and head to a certified organic winery in Luján de Cuyo. You'll taste wines made without agrochemicals, while your guide explains what actually changes versus a conventional wine — it's not a label, it's a different way of farming.

Mendoza has a sustainable cluster of six certified wineries; we'll visit some of the most representative: Krontiras, Domaine Bousquet, Alpamanta, or Casarena.

From there we continue to a biodynamic estate: its own kitchen garden, farm animals grazing between the vines, and a whole philosophy of farming you'll walk through, not just hear about. You'll compare wines across different sustainable styles and understand why more wineries around the world are choosing this path, even though it's the harder one.

We close at the third winery with a relaxed picnic spread among the vines, the Andes as backdrop. Duration: 8 to 9 hours.
