Process
Five simple steps. You tell us what you want — we do everything else.
We schedule a private video call with our founder Silvina — 30 minutes dedicated to understanding your vision for the trip. You tell us when you're coming, who you're traveling with, what you love about wine, and what kind of experience you picture. No commitment, no charge, in English.
Based on what you told us, we prepare an initial trip outline — days, regions, types of experiences, hotel range. We send it over for you to review and give us your thoughts.
No charge at this stageTo move forward with the full itinerary design, we ask for a USD 200 deposit. This amount is applied in full toward your total trip payment — it's not an extra charge on top. If the trip doesn't happen for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable: it covers the research, coordination, and customized planning work we've already done for you.
Within 3–4 days you receive your complete itinerary: hotels, wineries, restaurants, and every activity with timing and pricing.
USD 200 credited against totalYou have 14 days to review the proposal, ask questions, and request any changes. We adjust everything until the itinerary is exactly what you imagined.
Once you approve the final proposal, we collect a 30% deposit of the total cost to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival.
